Fleet Complete is a turnkey fleet and mobile resource operations management and tracking solution which seamlessly integrates your fleet with the corporate network. Using wireless networks as the backbone, Fleet Complete collects vital information on-board the vehicle and delivers this data to your staff for live query, event tracking, task assignment, historical playback and reporting functionality.

Fleet Complete uses wireless two-way data technology and GPS to enable operations staff to interact with real-time information captured in the field.

How Fleet Complete Works
The Fleet Complete product consists of three main components:
1) Operations component
2) Wireless Two-way data component (MGS 200, MGS 104, Intermec CN3, Java Phone, BlackBerry®)
3) Data Center (Hosted or Local)

The operations component is an easy to use .NET Smart Client application, which manages all aspects of fleet/mobile workforce operations including mapping, real-time tracking, event tracking, history playback, task dispatching, scheduling, routing, and analytical reporting using Microsoft MapPoint.

The wireless two-way data component captures in-field information such as location coordinates, sensory inputs and video. Interactive add-on devices such as MDTs or GPS enabled cell phones enable mobile resources to accept and update statuses of tasks as they occur.
